CCA approaches social media as part of a business's wider marketing efforts—not simply as a task of publishing posts. Content and platform management are guided by an understanding of the business, its audience, and its goals.
How the service is delivered
The service is delivered primarily virtually. Clients provide the relevant brand assets, business information, photos, and video footage. Filming, photography, travel, and other on-site production are arranged separately where needed and may incur additional charges.

Scope
Important Package Details
What each package includes — and what sits outside it.
Content across platforms
When managing multiple platforms, we may share suitable content across them and adjust the wording or format as needed. Each package does not include a separate set of original content for every platform. Creating separate original content for each platform costs extra.
Content and video production
You provide your brand assets, business information, photos, and video footage. Video editing is included only in Growth and Authority. Filming, photography, travel, and on-site production are quoted separately.
Comments and customer questions
Checks and replies take place at the frequency stated in your package, during agreed working hours. This is not 24/7 monitoring or full customer service. Managing complaints, orders, appointments, detailed enquiries, and sales conversations is not included.
Business priorities
Growth and Authority include planning content around agreed priorities, such as a new service, an event, or a special offer. This does not include full launch management, full marketing campaign management, email marketing, or paid advertising.
Paid advertising and social media strategy
Paid advertising management, advertising spend, and full social media strategy are separate services. Monthly content planning is included in these packages.
Additional work
Extra posts, videos, platforms, extensive revisions, and requests outside your package may incur additional charges. Any extra costs will be agreed upon before work begins.
